Click any empty slot (15- or 30-min grid) to add a phone booking or block time (for days off, use + Time off · block: a date range, all day or set hours, one artist or everyone, in one save) — pick any start time and artist; another artist at the same time is fine. Drag an appointment to move it (time, day, or artist column). Only the same artist overlapping is flagged ⚠. Every confirmed booking gets a reminder automatically — the day before, the same morning, or both. Nobody has to remember to send it. Cancel or move a booking and the old reminder is withdrawn; the new time gets its own. Opted-out guests are skipped. Here it appears in the SMS outbox as "pending" until its time.확정된 예약마다 리마인더가 자동으로 예약됩니다 — 전날, 당일 아침, 또는 둘 다. 직원이 따로 챙겨 보낼 필요가 없어요. 예약을 취소·변경하면 이전 리마인더는 자동 취소되고 새 시간으로 다시 잡힙니다. 수신거부 손님은 건너뜁니다. 데모에서는 문자 발송함에 「발송 대기」로 쌓였다가 시간이 되면 발송 처리됩니다.

Wording: Messages & greetings → 「Reminder (day before)」 · 「Reminder (same morning)」. Visits earlier than 2h after the morning time get the day-before text instead. Bookings made less than 3h ahead get none. Production: texts only go out 9 AM–8 PM PT (quiet hours) — anything due outside that, e.g. a booking confirmed overnight, waits until 9 AM.문구: 문자·인사 메시지 → 「리마인드 (전날)」 · 「리마인드 (당일 아침)」. 아침 발송 시각 + 2시간보다 이른 예약은 전날 문자로 대신 보냅니다. 3시간 이내 예약은 리마인더 없음. 실제 운영: 문자는 오전 9시–오후 8시(PT)에만 발송 — 그 밖에 걸리는 건(예: 새벽에 확정한 예약)은 오전 9시까지 기다렸다가 나갑니다.
